Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

International orders may be shipped under DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

Customs charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by larfdsiawv™.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the outer packaging
• A brief description of the issue
After review, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.
8. Lost Packages 📭
If a package appears to be lost in transit, we will assist you in checking the shipment status.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, larfdsiawv™ will help provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Please note that we may not be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.
